Holztiger is a German toy manufacturer and they are well known for their beautifully crafted wooden animals and figures which are individually handmade from local maple and beech woods. They are hand painted and sealed with safe non-toxic water based paints to a high quality, whilst still allowing the natural grain to show through.

This makes Holztiger figures durable and they are also large in size with a smooth finish making them pleasant to touch by small hands.

Holztiger is designed so that their figures are minimalistic to encourage imaginative play, whilst still having a vibrant colour palette to draw children in to discover and explore.

All timbers used are sourced sustainably. Each year Holztiger toy company plant one tree for every new child born in their Northern German State, which equals approximately 25,000 trees per year for the public state to enjoy.
