Mindful & Co Kids has been created by Australian Jacqueline Yeats, who has a background in Psychology and specialises in Mindfulness for Stress Disorders. Her research shows the powerful benefits of mindfulness as an early intervention for anxiety and depression. By teaching our little ones mindfulness techniques whilst they are very young, this gives them a powerful tool to carry throughout their lives.

Mindfulness increases confidence, immunity, self awareness, a better ability to regulate emotions, be less judgemental and most importantly be able to cope in stressful and changing situations. 

The Mindful & Co Kids collection aims to help parents encourage mindfulness in a fun and engaging way in children's daily lives. The products are beautiful quality and showcases original illustrations.
